Ministering to saints around the world

Reneé‘s heart for missions began in college as she went on various short-term projects within the US and Mexico.  A short-term evangelistic project to Russia deepened this desire.  Three years later, in 2000, the Lord called her to serve in Kherson, Ukraine, which she did for five years at Tavriski Christian Institute.  Renée returned to the States and connected with NMSI in the fall of 2006 and affiliated in spring 2007.

Reneé is now living out her role in the Great Commission by giving of her time and talents at the Center for Global Outreach (CGO) in Fort Myers, Florida, serving there since 2008. She works in the Communications Department where she partners with NMSI’s missionaries, meeting their print and website needs—so that they may devote their time to investing in transforming lives around the world. Reneé’s passion is to communicate clearly the stories of these transformed lives, inspiring the Church to pray, send and support. She also enjoys composing and editing for the website and for missionary and corporate publications.

Reneé has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with an emphasis in para-professional counseling and an Associate’s degree in Art.  Both fields—art and ministering to the needs of people—guide her involvement in missions.  Her gifts of hospitality and ‘encouraging the saints’, in particular, for pastors’ wives and ministry leaders, are expressed in different ways, whether on the field in Eastern Europe and Central Asia or within the walls of the CGO as missionaries return from their overseas assignments.
