Leadership development in Pachuca
Eric and Dee both accepted Christ in their youth in Indiana. They were married in 1979 and are blessed with two children, Holly (married, serving in Mexico) and Andrew (recent graduate Milligan College).
Eric graduated from Milligan College with majors in Bible and Missions and completed his Masters of Religion at Emmanuel School of Religion in 2004. Dee is a graduate of Ball State University in Special Education. She also has a certificate in TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language). Eric was ordained in 1979 and then they were commissioned as missionaries.
After serving in Indonesia for many years, Eric and Dee began ministry in Mexico in 1984. In 1995, they moved to Pachuca, the capital of state of Hidalgo, for a new church plant, where they have served as zone pastors and counselors for families and couples. Eric also preached and taught, while Dee lead worship, trained Sunday School teachers and taught English as evangelistic outreach.
With a heart for Latin America, Eric and Dee founded IMPACTO Latino in 2003. Since 2007, they minister in the Pachuca Project in east Pachuca, reaching the University community. Their daughter Holly and her husband, Sergio, joined their church plant team in 2008.
Eric and Dee affiliated with NMSI in 2010 as part of the IMPACTO Latino ministry team.
