NMSI Involvement

NMSI began involvement in Ethiopia in May 2010 in partnering with a local missionary called to minister to the orphans in Ethiopia. NMSI joins an established program, Ethiopia Hope Village, and is able to assist this ministry as it develops to meet the needs of more children.

Current ministries in Ethiopia include:

• Orphan feeding programs
• Partnership with Ethiopia Hope Village
• Medical and HIV monitoring and education
• Sports ministry, VBS and other community-based activities

Prayer Points

• Spiritual awakening and an openness to the Gospel in Ethiopia
• The plight of the growing number of orphans in Ethiopia and in the world
• Strengthening the body of Christ in Ethiopia
• Strengthening of the partnerships and community development programs
