Learn what outdoor leadership ministry looks like in a post-Christian, European context while serving alongside global youth workers building relationships through adventure-based sports. Local churches and public schools are starting to buy into the ministry vision and momentum is growing. Our youth workers desire for interns to come alongside them and help teach active-learning workshops in public schools, guide adventure activities, lead team-building exercises, and foster relationships for discipleship with youth. Applicants must be physically and mentally prepared to teach in a classroom as well as lead strenuous outdoor activities such as rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and camping.
