Mike & Sarah Sheagren

Mike and Sarah Sheagren married October 2004, and joined NMSI later that same month.

Mike’s first experience with NMSI was as a Summer Intern to Bulgaria in 2004. In October 2004 he joined the CGO staff as the Director of Go Global. Mike has recently transitioned into the role of Director of Short-term Ministries.

As Director of Short-term Ministries, Mike oversees the process of recruitment and placement of Short-term participants involved with NMSI for less than one year. He works to foster spiritual growth and leadership development in the participants through extensive pre-field training, on-field community experience and post–field debriefing. Mike also communicates with NMSI missionaries and associates on the field to set up projects for the participants.
