New COAT trainees arrive to the CGO
The newest group of missionary trainees have officially arrived and are fully immersed in NMSI's missionary training program, COAT.

COAT is the acronym for Community, Orientation, Assessment and Training.  This is an eight-week intensive missionary training course, located at the Center for Global Outreach (CGO) in Fort Myers, Florida.  Those interested in joining NMSI come to be trained in missions, live in community together and become equipped for the field that God is leading them to.

This group of COAT participants is the largest yet with 25 people, including three teenagers, two adolescents, and one toddler.  Some are experienced missionaries who have returned from the field, while others will be making their first commitment to overseas work.

These NMSI trainees are making plans to serve throughout the world, including in Haiti, Zambia, Kenya, Rwanda, and Thailand.  Several will be serving in Fort Myers at the Center for Global Outreach.  Two of the Fort Myers women will be opening a local coffee shop as an outreach to non-believers and to support the ministry of NMSI.

We welcome all of you!
